Brayden Burries (27 pts, 5 ast) slashed to the rim for a layup with 1.5 seconds remaining to lift the Bucks to a win in their final game this summer.

No. 3 pick Cameron Boozer, a winner throughout his basketball career, is going after the 2026 NBA Summer League championship as the Grizzlies take on No. 31 pick Bruce Thornton, two-time NCAA men’s basketball champion Tristen Newton and the Rockets.

Magic win 103-99
Malik Reneau (19 pts on 6-for-7 shooting in 18:20) and Au’Diese Toney (18 pts, 2 3PM, 6 reb, 4 ast) lifted Orlando over Boston, as the Magic separated with a 36-23 third quarter.
Reneau was named First Team All-ACC in his senior season at Miami, leading the team with 18.9 ppg, after previously winning back-to-back high school national championships with Monteverde Academy.
Toney scored 12.2 ppg for the Noblesville Boom of the G League last season, shooting 46% from 3-point range on 3.9 3PA.
Caleb Grill (18 pts, 4 3PM), who won the G League championship last season with the Greensboro Swarm, was the top scorer for the Celtics.
The game saw 10 lead changes and five ties.

He’s not shooting that efficiently, but there are flashes of a talented pick-and-roll initiator.

Brayden Burries (5 pts, 2 ast, 1 blk) and Nate Ament (12 pts on 5-for-6 shooting, 4 reb, 2 ast, 1 stl) have started off strong against the 76ers.
Burries is quick and strong at 6-foot-4, 215 — look at the little burst he applies as he picks up the ball for the floater.
Ament has a 6-foot-11.5 wingspan, which he shows off on this corner 3-pointer.

Houston alum Milos Uzan (7 pts on 3-for-3) is off to another strong start for Boston. The 6-foot-4 point guard has been an offensive engine for the team, providing shooting and ball-handling ability.
In his junior year with the Cougars, Uzan shot 45.3/42.8/78.3 from the field, scoring 11.4 ppg.

The Kings defeated the Hornets 92-90 to open Friday’s action in a contest that saw eight lead changes, overcoming a double-double from No. 14 pick Hannes Steinbach (22 pts, 11 reb).
The Cavaliers beat the Bulls 100-91, as No. 34 pick Meleek Thomas (24 pts, 3 3PM) turned in another strong scoring performance.
The Mavericks shot 18-for-39 (46.2%) from 3-point range to knock off the Knicks 110-88.
Tre Donaldson (20 pts, 8 reb, 10 ast) capped his Summer League in style as the Heat came back to beat the Pistons 101-87.
Friday night ended with two thwarted comeback attempts, as the Jazz defeated the Trail Blazers 83-79 behind Justin Harmon (21 pts) and the Clippers beat the Timberwolves 128-120 in overtime, led by Keaton Wagler (26 pts) and Sean Pedulla (24 pts, 11 ast).
